Mr. Roth has served as official statement editor to a variety of financial advisors, underwriters and municipalities in the Pacific Northwest. Major clients have included Western Financial Group, LLC, Banc of America Securities, US Bank, Keybank and other financial advisors and underwriters.
Official statement projects have included work on general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, certificates of participations, tax anticipation notes, bank anticipation notes and other forms of financing for a wide variety of municipal projects. These projects have included projects for Washington County, Multnomah County, Clackamas County, Deschutes County, Polk County, Clark County, WA and the cities of Ashland, Eugene, Salem, Sherwood, Lincoln City, Corvallis, Dallas, Gresham, Tualatin, Lakeview, Albany, Aurora, Beaverton, Bend and Belleview, WA among others.
Mr. Roth also has experience preparing documents for projects for many school and special districts including such clients as Metro, Tri-Met, LOTT, Portland Community College, David Douglas School District, Vancouver School District, Central Valley School District, Marion County Fire District, the Port of Hood River, Clackamas River Water, and North Clackamas Park and Recreation District among many others.
